Lebanon 39 LLC with a courtesy appearanceof a concept plan for a new commercial project located on the east side of South Road 39 and on the cornor of South State Road 39 and Birchwood Drive. This is Zoned PB.

Les & Debbie Goodnight requesting Rezoning from SF-2 to SF-3 to build a 30x40 2-story garage with living speace on the second floor located at 1109 N. Meridian Street. Requesting a 2.5-foot side setback variance, and requesting a 6-foot rear setback variance. This proeprty is Zoned SF-2. The purpose for the variance request is that SF-2 zoning classification does not permit two-family dwelling on one lot. The side setback requirement is 7.5-feet and the rear setback requirement is 20-feet the does allow the proeprty owner to use 1/2 of the alley for the setback.

View Outdoor Advertising requesting a Conditional Use and 10' height and 35' front setback variance to construct a billboard sign located at 2040 S. Indianapolis Avenue along I-65. This property is Zoned PB. The porposed height of the sign is 50' and the permitted height is 40'. The front setback is 60' and the proposed setback is 25'.
