Triton Development LLC. with petition for release from the zoning commitments in connection with development of real estate that was annexed into Lebanon in 2003 of approximately 60-acres bordering the Wal-Mart Plaza shopping center, the railroad tracks, and County Road 250 North. The petitioner requests to be tabled until the April meeting.
Americare Communities requesting Rezoning application for a Senior Housing project of 5.20 acre parcel located to the north of the existing CrownPointe Assisted Living Center on CrownPointe Drive. The property is currently Zoned PB to be rezoned SF-3.
City Attorney Larry Giddings to discuss the voluntary annexation of 6- parcels along the west side of State Road 39 North between County Road 250 North and 300. A) Wyatt property located at 2570 N. State Road 39; B) Godfrey property located at 2710 N. State Road 39; C) Meyers proeprty located at 2700 N. State Road 39; D)Stockton proeprty located at 2680 N. State Road 39; E) Burkholder property located at 2620 N. State Road 39; and F) Stewart proeprty located at 430 W. 250 North.
Voluntary Annexation of 34.011 acre parcel the petitioners are Kanene Summers, Michael Neese, and Kathlene Scheich; the property is located to the east of Auburn Meadows Subdivision and to the south of East County Road 300 North.
