CITY OF LEBANON
Section 7-26 Fees (not valid after September 8, 2008)

The schedule fee that will become valid after September 8, 2008 can be viewed here.

Applications filed pursuant to the provisions of this code shall be in accompanied by a check, money order or cash made payable to the City of Lebanon in the amount which is in accordance with the fees set forth in this code.
Until all applicable fees have been paid pursuant to this section shall be returnable to the applicant.
No part of any filing fees paid pursuant to this section shall be returned to the applicant.
The following building permit fees include the improvement location permit fee for those applications listed below.

Application for Building Permit
(Improvement location permit fee is included)

1.	Single Family dwelling	$100.00
	plus .05 per square foot, over 1,500 square feet of total floor area.
2.	Reinspection / failed or not ready .	$20.00
3.	Two-Family dwellings, per structure ..	$125.00
	plus .05 per square foot of total floor area
4.	Multifamily dwelling, apartment buildings, garden apartments, condominiums, cooperatives, mobile homes in parks, any type of multifamily housing, each building:
	First unit	$100.00
	Each additional unit	$50.00
	Reinspection failed or not ready	$40.00
5.	Industrial and Commercial Buildings (Maximum charge $15,000)
	A. Each structure per building. Plus .02 per square footage of total floor area	$200.00
	B. Addition to existing structure, per building plus .05 per square footage of total floor area	$100.00
	C. Reinspection failed or not ready	$40.00
	D. Off street parking lots (operated by private Enterprise for revenue purposes excludes local, state, federal government units) per parking stall	$4.00
6.	Contingent Uses other than government uses and educational institutions, per building plus .02 per square footage of total floor area	$75.00
7.	Additions to existing structures fee applies per room up to a total of 3 rooms, greater improvements consider as 1 above (for residential dwellings)	$25.00

Remodeling: major repair or renovations of residential and commercial structures, $500.00 minimum, including installing of central heating and air conditioning systems, major rewiring including new service entrance, and major plumbing, etc. (application for an improvement location permit is not involved.):

Section 27-85 Fee Schedule Filing Fees and Forms

Applications and petitions prepared on the forms provided by the director of planning and development and accompanied by the filing fees herein specified, which shall be paid to the director of planning and development who shall forthwith pay over to the clerk-treasurer to the credit of the general funds of the City of Lebanon and no part of which shall be returnable to the applicant.
Until all applicable fees have been paid in full, no application shall be processed by the director of planning and development.
No part of any filing fee paid pursuant to this section shall be redeemable.

Applications for the following specific petitions, appeals and certificates of occupancy, etc. shall be accompanied by the following fees:

Applications for Appeals, Conditional Uses and Amendments

1.	Variance	$50.00
	A. Residential	$15.00
2.	Amendment: Change of Zoning Classification/ or Text	$150.00
3.	Change in Development Plan (which was previously approved)	$50.00
4.	Conditional Uses:
	A. Service Station (including car wash, Auto service center, etc.)	$250.00
	B. Apartments, condominiums, mobile home parks, cooperatives, any type of multi-family housing, shopping center plan, and enclosed industrial uses	$250.00
	C. Other than above mentioned	$100.00
5.	Unit Development Plan:
	A. Preliminary unit development plan
	1. Less than 20 acres	$300.00
	2. 20-100 acres	$300.00
	plus $2.00 for every acre over 19
	3. Over 100 acres, for each acre $5.00
	4. Maximum fee	$1500.00
	B. Detailed Unit Development
	1. Any number of Acres	$100.00
	plus $1.00 for each acre
	2. Maximum fee	$400.00
