Building permits are required for commercial and residential sites for new construction, alterations, additions, signage, storage buildings/mini barns, swimming pools, plumbing, heating and air and electrical work being done in the City limits of Lebanon. Complete plans must be submitted for a building permit to the Planning Department for review and compliance before a permit will be issued.
Building Inspections are required when a permit is pulled. Contact the Planning Department for inspections; a 24-hour notice is required for inspections are required.
