Lebanon, Indiana
Future

As a city bounded on the South and West by I-65, growth for our community is inevitable.

With the addition of Anson to the South of Lebanon, we will see continued growth coming up the I-65 corridor. Planning for that growth is so crucial to the future of Lebanon. Annexation of land from the southern most point of the city down the I-65
corridor to the IN-267 interchange is the way to plan for that growth. The Lebanon Business Park is in its 14th year where we have seen phenomenal growth. U.S. Cold Storage is beginning construction of its facility which will bring the total acreage of the park to nearly 1000 acres, employing over 2600 employees in more than six million feet of industrial space. The South 39 business park is just beginning to be developed and with the 573 acres being just south of the I-65 State Road 39 interchange we expect good growth for that area.
