Construction Site Runoff Control
The Lebanon Storm Water Code requires an approved Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) for land distrubance over one acre or a land distrubance of less than one acre provided that is it part of a larger plan of development. This plan must be submitted as part of the construction plans.
