Post Construction
The Lebanon Storm Water Code requires an approved Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) for Post-Construction storm water control measures to be submitted and approved as part of the construction plans. These measures are incorporated as a permanent feature into the site plan and are left in place following completion of construction activities to continuously filter stormwater runoff from the stabilized site. Any project located within the City of Lebanon that includes clearing, grading, excavation, and other land distrubing activities resulting in the disturbance of one or more acres of total land area is subject to the requirements of this section.
